Lenok are the most common trout in many of the rivers of the Far East. They can be caught in Siberia, Russian Far East, Mongolia and South Korea. This fish was caught in Mongolia where they can weight over ten pounds. They are terrific fighters and can take most of the backing on a fly reel. They seldom jump but are strong fish that fight down in the water.
